Greetings!

My name is Theresa Albright and I am the School Director at Phoenix Children’s Academy private preschool located in Surprise, AZ. I have been working with children in child care and early childhood education for over 15 years and absolutely love what I do!   Between the management team and all of our wonderful preschool and child care teachers, we have over 75 years of experience.

At Phoenix Children’s Academy we strongly believe in family involvement. We want to make sure you feel like home. We believe that helping develop your child is a partnership and we make sure you are always in the know on what your child is doing. You’ll receive a daily individual or class report each night.   Our school hosts tons of fun family events including; family dinner nights, parent’s night out, spring and summer school picnics, and much more.

As a member of the Surprise community, we think it is very important to be involved in all community events. We are a proud sponsor of the Surprise Parks and Rec. Each year we are a part of the Surprise party in December. We also sponsor a day at the ball park for spring training. This is a day for all of our families to come out and have a great day of baseball and ball park food. This past Memorial Day our children decorated their bicycles and road in the parade. We won the Silver Surprise Sundancer’s award for our entry in the parade.

Our preschool playground is an amazing place for kids to explore and play. Our children absolutely love the splash pad that keeps them cool and splashing around in the Arizona heat. Our children get to use our technology lab with computers and a SMART™ Board each day.   Unlike many schools where children are in the same classroom all day, Phoenix Children’s Academy preschool children rotate through Math & Science, Creative Arts and Language Arts classrooms every day.

We are conveniently located on the North West Corner of Reems and Greenway- one mile south of Bell Road, not far from the 303 loop.
